When you create add New Team Member to an Old Team Member’s account, that absolutely will ruin both the New and Old TMs sales data. In FrontRunner, you must always create a New TM from 'scratch' and assign any Goal plans and Bonus plans intended for them.
If you were to add a New TM to an Old TM’s profile, you would corrupt and mix both their sales data. — You would also then prevent the New TM from ever having access to that email use to set them up will have been corrupted.
The system should have sent them the New TM their welcome email -- in the event that the TM has not received it, you may simply provide them with the email and default password you setup for them. Once the log in with the email and default password you setup for them, they can change their password on via the main dashboard
