Once you've setup your new Team Member, you'll want to make sure they are properly trained on how to navigate and use the system. This can be done a number of ways. An experienced team member can help to show their new coworker how to use the system and/or providing your new hire with training material and resources to be successful while using FrontRunner.
Below you will find our Onboarding Training Video for New Team Members. This is typically shared with all New Subscribers in their Account Setup Complete - Please Confirm Receipt emails that we send once your account is setup. If you have lost or misplaced those links, look no further.
Your new team member may/may not receive the Welcome Email once you have created their user account in your Agency Setup. No worries, you'll just have to provide them with their username (email address) & password (created when adding them to the system) and forward them the link below.
