If a team member is not appearing on your custom leaderboard, please follow the steps below:
- Click on Agency Setup (top right corner)
- Click on Step 2: Management Options
- In the orange header, select Leaderboards
- Scroll down until you see Global Custom Leaderboards and select the leaderboard from the drop-down.
- Review the team members selected. Make sure your team member has a check mark next to their name and click Save.
