Team Member Missing from Custom Leaderboard

If a team member is not appearing on your custom leaderboard, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on Agency Setup (top right corner)
   
2. Click on Step 2: Management Options
   
3. In the orange header, select Leaderboards
   
   
   
   
4. Scroll down until you see Global Custom Leaderboards and select the leaderboard from the drop-down.
   
   
5. Review the team members selected. Make sure your team member has a check mark next to their name and click Save.
