To update the credit card on file, please follow these steps:
- Go to Agency Setup
- Click on Step 1: Basic Agency Information
- Under Billing Information, select the button that says "Click Here" to update your billing information.
- Enter your updated card info by clicking your mouse within each field and typing over the old info.
- Select the orange Save icon.
- If your account is On Hold: After updating your billing info in Step 1, the new card will automatically be charged and your services restored.
