Deleted Team Members and their sales remain in FrontRunner unless they are deleted from the Recycle Bin. You can still view their sales, activity, and commission data using the methods below:
Note: If a team member is deleted from the Recycle Bin, their information cannot be restored.
Option 1: View Inactive Team Members on the Sales Tab
- Click Sales and scroll down to your filters.
- Locate the Team Member filter.
- Check the box next to Team Member to include inactive Team Members in your results.
- Use the Team Member drop-down to select the Team Member you want to review.
- Click Search Sales to display any production within the selected period or date range.
Option 2: View Inactive Team Members in Commission Reports
- Click Reports.
- Select Commission Reports.
- Check Include Inactive Team Members.
Your reports will now include data from inactive Team Members.
Option 3 - Restore the Deleted Team Member
- Scroll to the bottom of FrontRunner and click Recycle Bin.
- Under Team Members, select the Team Member you wish to restore.
- Click Restore.
- Click OK to confirm.
- Review the Team Member's production, sales, and activity as needed.
- If desired, you can remove the Team Member again once your review is complete.
