If you need to reset a password in FrontRunner, please follow these steps! These may need to be passed onto your Agent or if you are the agent please save these steps for future references!
Go to Agency Set Up Step 2: Management Options
In the section Your Team, click on the Pen/Pad Icon next to the TM’s name on the right side
Their information will load on the left side, now look for the blank Password field
In the Password field, set their password to 12345678 or to a default password (min 6 Characters)
Now hit Update User to save. The TM should be able to access their profile now.
Please note! They may need to refresh their web browser after the reset before logging in.
