How to View Your Current Chargeback Settings

If you'd like to review how FrontRunner currently handles chargebacks for your agency, you can view your chargeback settings at any time.

1. Go to Agency Setup.
2. Click Step 3: Bonus & Incentives.

3. At the top of the page, locate the Payroll & Commission Settings section and click How Do You Pay?.

   

4. Scroll down to Question #12: "How do you manage chargebacks?"
5. Click Manage Chargeback Settings.

A pop-up window will open displaying your current chargeback settings.
