To edit a clock-in or clock-out entry, please follow these steps:
- Click on the Time Clock & PTO tab
- In the Manage Clock-Ins section, locate the date of the entry you wish to modify. (Note: If you do not see the entry you wish to modify, change the date range.)
- Click the orange edit icon next to the entry you updating
- A box will open titled Edit Clock-In. Locate the field with the entry you wish to update (either Time In, Time Out, or the date) and make your adjustments:
- You can either select the correct time from the drop-down, or you can click within the box and manually type the time you wish to update. Once you have updated your entry, click SAVE.
- Depending on the configuration of your profile and account, time punch edits may have to be approved by your agent/admin. Please reach out to your agent with any questions.
