If a bonus is missing, not calculating, or the bonus amount looks incorrect for you or a Team Member, please submit a Bonus Issue form so our team can investigate.
How to Submit a Bonus Issue
- Go to the Bonus Tab.
- In the upper-right corner, click the red Bonus Issue? button.
- Click Start.
- Complete all required fields, including:
- Team Member name
- Month in question
- Product or bonus type - (Auto, Fire, Life, Health, Activity bonus, Kicker bonus, etc.)
- Any additional details that explain how the bonus should be calculating
- Submit the form.
Once submitted, our team will review and notify you once resolved, or if we have additional questions. Please be as thorough as possible in your ticket to avoid delays.
