If a PTO request has already been approved, it cannot be edited directly. To make changes, the approved request must first be deleted by an Agent or Admin, then submitted again with the corrected information for re-approval.
Agents & Admins
To delete an approved PTO request:
- Go to the Time Clock & PTO tab.
- Under PTO Requests, select the team member from the drop-down menu.
- In the next drop-down, select Approved.
- If needed, expand the date range to view older PTO requests.
- Click the orange trash can next to the PTO request you want to remove.
- Click OK to confirm deletion.
Once deleted, the team member can submit the PTO request again with the corrected information.
Team Members
If your PTO request has already been approved and needs to be changed, please contact your Agent or Admin. They will need to delete the approved request before you can resubmit it.
